Part of the Resources Library β SQL Engineering Handbook
Second-wave file β these seven files (newsletters.md through awesome-tools.md) werenβt given the full documentation-team treatment in the original spec, just a one-line description each. This uses a lighter card format on purpose: a scannable table instead of a full Resource Card Template per entry. If a specific entry needs the deeper treatment later, it can graduate to the fuller format.
